Meanderings from an ACE Personal Trainer and Independent Beachbody Coach about my own fitness and nutrition journey.
About Me
- Nancy S.
- Hi Everyone! Not only do I bring literary enrichment to the minds of 14-year olds (my full-time gig is an 8th grade lit. teacher), I also help individuals meet their fitness and nutrition goals. I'm an ACE certified personal trainer and Beachbody Coach. To make lifelong changes, it's important that individuals invest in themselves, and the currency used is what I call, "Sweat Equity."
